Love Poem
I caught you in my dream tonight
Alone in a giant field.
Bailey weeds all around
The wind speaks into the sunlight
The air smell like the dust raised from foots of warriors horses
I saw you stood still from a distance
Waiting and looking so eager for something
The sun setting right above your head
Looked like a golden bright crown on you.
Its brightness like fine gold
And the beauty rises above calm waters.
Slowly you walked towards me
Butterflies hovering around you
Like bees hover around it home
Forming a ring of milky around your head.
Silky was the dress you wore
Finer than the robe from the house of Solomon
Dropping down your heels
And worshipping the beauty at your feet.
You reached out for me from a distance
Like a baby reach out for his mother
My breath increased as I ran closer to you
Finally here I am, standing right in front of you
You look so beautifully dressed
Like a bride in the court of Babylon.
Your perfume smells like the future
Giving way to all possibilities.
Your skin glow like a mirage from the sky
Hitting the surface of the ocean at dawn.
I could see joy in your eyes
That refuse to hide under your skin.
And the only word you uttered was, "where have you been all along"
Here I am my love
Here I am my queen
The words on my picture
The rest to my journey
The quench to my thirst
The better life I'm living.
Here I am waiting for you
Here I am thinking about you.
You are the life I choose to live
You're the secret I can't hide
You're the cloth I wear always that fade not
The song on repeat I listen to that won't get tiring
The mysterious image I can't take my eyes from
The life I've chose to live.
And if I let you know tonight
It will be alright I bet.
You're my world and one
I want to write a whole lots of story with you
Those that will make past love stories go obsolete
And our love will never die
Or sink in the pool of life.
Cos we love so much
Even death can't take us away.
I love you.
